Prior to Groove Jones Elliott worked as a fabricator, puppet builder, sculptor and painter whose work has been shown in galleries and museums across the country.
His favorite project he worked on was League of Legends 5G MEC Virtual Production where he was able to help art direct a virtual environment in the striking style of Netflix`s Arcane series for a fascinating and unique experience.
In his free time, Elliott enjoys books, travel with his wife and creating the occasional difficult object.

Before Groove Jones Bobby worked for Arthur Andersen`s technology consulting group, and for years in the experiential marketing world as a consultant, trusted advisor, contractor, and freelancer.
In his free time, Bobby enjoys music, Eastern philosophy, and his very deep passion for pickleball and destroying his opponents, no matter the age or gender, he`s in it for utter destruction and competition. And when he`s not destroying pickleball opponents he loves hanging out with his wife and two daughters and watching them play soccer.

Emily brings her passion for the XR industry coupled with the desire to find the best talent to add to the GJ team. She has a 9 year old black lab, Stella, who also serves as Groove’s mascot. Prior to Groove Jones, Emily worked in Real Estate and studied Advertising at SMU.
Her favorite project she has seen come alive was for Royal Carribbean. During the pandemic, she sailed around Cyprus and Israel for 5 weeks to help install the Swashbuckler game on the ship. Also, in her earlier days at Groove Jones, she helped with many demos and events, her favorites being CES, SXSW, The Little League World Series and Dallas Startup Week.
In her free time, Emily enjoys working out in VR and loves a good book. She is passionate about learning, her favorite topics to nerd out on are emerging technology and sociology....
