Groove Jones’ WebAR Work Places in Top International Award – 2020 Summit Marketing Effectiveness Award
The Summit Marketing Effectiveness Award responds to a common need in the marketing and advertising sector: to acknowledge the contribution of results and messaging, and the achievement of the marketer’s business goals. The Summit Marketing Effectiveness Award is unique to other award programs because it reinforces that the goal of marketing communications is to change, influence or reinforce a audience’s knowledge, attitudes, or beliefs. Using this premise as a basis for its judging criteria, the competition is becoming a true arbiter of marketing communication effectiveness.
During the 2020 event, judges analyzed submissions and selected only 7% to receive an award. A truly international competition, the Summit Marketing Effectiveness Award received submissions from the following 15 countries including Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Chile, Columbia, France, Georgia, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom and the United States.

Modelo Brings the Dia de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) Celebration to Life with AR Campaign Generates 16.5% Increase in Sales in Markets
Groove Jones worked with the Constellation Brands Beer Division Southeast team to create a unique OOH and point of sale campaign that brings the Modelo art pieces to life through the power of AR. All you need is your phone to activate the experience.
The AR experience depicts traditional Dia de Los Muertos imagery with marigolds, an offrenda, candles, and a beautiful Katrina holding an ice-cold Modelo Especial.

Corona Horns Up Limes In Campaign
Groove Jones was brought on board to create a web-based AR portal experience that allowed sneakerheads and college fans the chance to win a pair of custom sneakers. Upon entering the site, fans will be transported to the Corona beach where they must find the shoebox containing the sneakers. Find the box and you’ll be prompted to enter.
