AHA’s VR App is intended for users aged 13+ who have Meta Oculus Accounts and have agreed to the Meta Supplemental Applications Terms of Service. AHA does not engage in any additional data collection activities beyond accessing the limited information from Meta of User Id and Age Group Data, nor is its application directed to users under age 13, and thus is not required to obtain user consent.
