Below is a partial list of the companies we are working with on their XR programs.
Reduced Operational Costs
Organizations can cut expenses on employee travel and transporting equipment to training locations. Trainers can also be part of the VR programming using our platform, so companies can reduce faculty costs.
Increased Employee Engagement and Retention
With the ability to build scoring mechanisms and gamified levels, immersive XR training can be more engaging and fun. When trainees are connected and interested, it leads to better retention.
Mirror Real-World Situations Safely
We can create real-life situations and do it safely. Immersive learning is effective at emphasizing things through visualization. By providing environments that mimic real-life situations, employees can reach greater levels of expertise in less time.
Several of our clients are currently using the platform, and we have integrated it into various HMD enterprises for business systems.
Groove Jones XR for Business Case Studies
Below are some world-class brands that we continue to work with, being their emerging technology partner and innovator.
XR for Business Client: Toyota
At Toyota, safety is their priority. Especially in a manufacturing environment surrounded by large, heavy equipment. To assist with this safety initiative, Groove Jones created a VR training experience that utilizes Role-based Learning (RBL). Role-based training is important for employees to understand how to incorporate safety protocols into their daily work to avoid accidents. The VR experience contains different work environments like a manufacturing plant, a parts distribution center, and administrative offices. The User confronts unsafe practices, allowing them to observe and interact with virtual coworkers engaging in unsafe practices, which can lead to accidents. The program helps users understand that their approach can make the situation safer.

XR for Business Client: Ideal Industries
Ideal Industries is using VR to train the next generation of electrical tradespeople. According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), the US is expected to have a shortage of electricians shortly. Statistically, the number of retiring electricians is outpacing the rate of new electricians entering the field, with 10,000 retiring each year and only 7,000 entering the field in return. As a result, this produces a knowledge gap in the electrical industry, which creates the need for additional training resources to prepare the next generation of electrical tradespeople.

XR for Business Client: Henkel Loctite
Groove Jones recently helped launch a new VR (Virtual Reality) training tool for Henkel Loctite as part of a Vehicle Repair Training and Application Center. The facility offers hands-on technical application training for automotive aftermarket and collision repair products. It provides mechanics, collision repair, and glass installer technicians with the tools and knowledge to make automotive repairs faster, safer, and more reliable.

XR for Business Client: Toyota North America
Groove Jones was brought on board to help the Toyota Lexus team develop an advanced AR system called the Lexus Augmented Reality Kit (LARK). This interactive application demonstrates how Augmented Reality can help with the education and training of Toyota team members to understand the features of a vehicle. The App is the future of digital user manuals for vehicles.

XR for Business Client: Wells Fargo
Wells Fargo and MKTG asked us to create 4 VR training modules that allow the managers to observe interactions between team members dealing with a customer’s needs.
Each module tests the user at the end of each module to see if the manager understands how they thought the situation should have been handled. Creating these soft skills scenarios in VR is extremely powerful as it gives the user a sense of presence and creates a connection to the scene more powerful than a traditional video training system.

XR for Business Client: Rinnai
Rinnai America hired Groove Jones to create a VR experience for DIY’ers and professional installers to see how easy it is to install a tankless water heater.
For those that have heard about tankless water systems but are overwhelmed by what it takes to install one, this VR experience is the key to overcoming those fears. In no time, you get a first-hand experience of installing Rinnai’s newest system.
