Onsite Activations, Experiential Marketing Campaigns and Mobile Tours
We work with Agencies and Brands to create excitement for their experiential and activation campaigns.
Groove Jones works with some of the top experiential and onsite activation companies in the world.
Our work has appeared at some of the greatest sporting events (Daytona 500 and Super Bowl 50), as well as exciting entertainment festivals (SXSW and Comic-Con San Diego). We bring the engagement!
We are strategic, creative experts in development and execution. We know brands are looking for something that not only captivates an audience at an event, but also is buzz-worthy enough for that audience to share socially. Our team is skilled to help you launch a full size installation or take it on the road. We can also help develop a long-term strategy to maximize the impact of your investment.
Groove Jones works with partners like Nest Environments on creating compelling experiences for shopping malls, airports and high traffic venues. Below is an example of the Cailler Chocolate pop-up store we helped Nestle with. This activation can be seen in both the US and European markets.
McDonald’s directly hired Groove Jones to spearhead their VR Activation at SXSW. This was a true turnkey production. The team consulted with the McDonald’s team, provided the planning, layout design, logistics and support for the event. This included the development of the VR experience (which was voted the #1 activation at SXSW) down to the integration of a camera system and touch screen kiosk system to allow guests to share their experience via social channels.
We don’t do the driving, but we do provide the exciting content.
Groove Jones worked with Comcast Xfinity, NASCAR and GMR Marketing on the traveling “How Close is Too Close” tour. This tour began at the Daytona 500 and has been appearing at a variety of NASCAR races across the country. Groove Jones provided the content, technology and trained the activation teams to run the VR experience.
Recently we help FX Networks and their agency, North Kingdom, take the Comic-Con experience on the road for a mobile tour to generate excitement for the season premier of American Horror Story. Days after receiving the call, the Groove Jones team was on site with our equipment, installing the VR gear, and within 24 hours, helping run and manage the multiplayer experience.
